• I'm an adult learner — can I find a tutor for myself here?+

  Yes. Sign up with one account and find a tutor for any subject, instrument or sport. Your home dashboard shows everything you have on it — the people you’ve messaged, your saved tutors, and any classes you’ve booked.
• What if I'm under 18?+

  You can sign up and browse. For anything involving money or in-person lessons we strongly recommend involving a parent — most tutors will expect that anyway. If you’d rather your parent run the enquiry, ask them to add you as a kid in the “Your kids” section of their account.
• Is it really free?+

  Yes. Searching, messaging, booking — all free. We don’t take a platform fee, a commission, or a referral cut. The tutor sets their rate; you pay them directly.
• How do tutors get paid?+

  They set their own rates and you pay them directly — PayNow, bank transfer, cash, whatever you both prefer. My Tutor never touches the money. (We’re a discovery + scheduling surface, not a payment processor.)
• Can I message multiple tutors at once?+

  Yes. Most learners message two or three to compare replies, rates and vibes before committing. There’s no exclusivity and no lock-in.
• What if my tutor isn't responsive?+

  Move on — no commitments. Each tutor profile shows a typical reply time so you can pick a responsive one to begin with.
• How do I find tutors who teach online?+

  On /browse filter by region and pick “Online”. Many tutors teach both online and in person — their profile lists which modes they offer.
