Can I find a tutor for my child?
Yes. Add your child as a kid from your Your kids page. When you enquire, pick them from the context picker so the tutor sees the right level and name on the enquiry.What info do tutors see about me and my child?
Before you accept: your display name + region only. After you accept (or message back): your WhatsApp/email so they can reach you. On the enquiry itself they see your child’s first name and level — nothing more. We never share addresses, birthdays, or school details.Do I need a separate account for each kid?
No. One account, as many kids as you have. Switch context per enquiry from the picker; each kid carries their own level and subjects.Can my child see notes the tutor leaves?
If your child has their own account and the tutor links them as a student (via their email), yes — feedback and progress notes will show up on your child’s dashboard. Otherwise the notes stay with you on the enquiry thread.What about my child's privacy?
Only the tutor you accept sees your child’s first name and level. We never share with third parties, never sell contact details, and the PDPA notice covers the lot. If you want to delete a kid’s profile, you can do that from your Your kids page at any time.Is it really free?
